Registration Package Fees

Amateur Pro-Am package includes:
€1,850/golfer in Westin Single room
€1,490/golfer in Westin Twin shared room with team member
(€600*/non playing partner sharing a double room with a golfer)

The Pro-Am package for amateurs includes:

  • 5 nights BB accommodation at Westin Resort, Costa Navarino
  • 2 Aegean Airlines Pro-Am rounds (1 day at The Dunes Course and 1 day at The Bay Course)
  • 1 Official practice round (1 day at The Dunes Course or 1 day at The Bay Course)
  • Participation in the Aegean Airlines Cup 2018 – 1 round / 18 holes, 09/06/2018
  • Bus transfers (Kalamata airport to/from Hotel - transfers to/from Dunes & Bay Courses)
  • Golf balls for practice
  • Buggies shared for all rounds
  • On-course refreshments and snacks for 4 tournament rounds
  • Welcome pack with gifts
  • Welcome reception, 06/06/2018
  • Social event, 08/06/2018
  • Gala dinner & Prize giving Ceremony, 09/06/2018
  • Lottery ticket for Gala

Not included in any package:

  • Flights and others means of transport
  • Extras at the hotel and its facilities
  • Government accommodation tax €4,00 / room / night (Mandatory)

Professionals:

  • There is no Pro-Am package fee for each participating professional with a team of 3 amateurs. Complimentary accommodation in a double room (no extras) is offered to each participating professional (and spouse/partner) for 5 nights on BB basis at Westin Resort, Costa Navarino. No extras covered. No flights covered for spouse/partner. Westin pricing policy will apply for kids or extra persons.
  • Accompanying person fee of €150 applies to spouse/partner of each participating professional and includes participation in 3 social events.

* Non-playing partner fee:

  • The fee of €600 includes accommodation (shared double room with an amateur golfer) and participation in 3 social events.

Registration / Participation Policy

  • Final deadline for entries is April 30th, 2018.
  • Entries will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Places are limited to 60 teams.
  • A team entry is considered valid only after full payment of the amateurs’ Pro-Am package fees.
  • Amateurs are required to provide their exact handicap on the entry form at the time of entry and will be asked to confirm their handicap at the registration desk of the event. Any amendments MUST be notified by 10.00hrs on Wednesday June 6th.
  • All prize winners will be required to provide current proof of handicap before their teams are presented with their prizes.
  • The EGA slope system will apply to the tournament and each amateur will play from the applicable sloped handicap.

The Official Practice Day at Costa Navarino is on Wednesday, June 6th, 2018. You may select to play 18 holes either at “The Dunes Course” or at “The Bay Course”.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

You may pay for the Pro-Am package fees by credit card or bank transfer.

Upon submission of this Team Registration Form and in any case no later than five (5) working days, the amateur participants are required to pay a non-refundable 50% of the respective Pro-Am package fees in order to be able to reserve a place within the 60 teams. The remaining 50% of the respective Pro-Am package shall be payable until April 9th, 2018. Once payment of the Pro-Am package fees has been received, the registration of your team will be confirmed. If payment of the remaining 50% of the respective Pro-Am package fees has not been received by April 9th, 2018, then your reserved place will be cancelled and will be given to the next available team on priority basis.

Written cancellations of registrations (by fax or e-mail) after April 9th, 2018 and up to May 21st, 2018 can be accepted. In such case, and provided that the respective Pro-Am package fees are in full receipt by us, the participant will be entitled to a partial refund of 30% of the respective and paid Pro-Am package fee.

For written cancellations (by fax or e-mail) received after May 21st, 2018 or no show of any participant, there will be no refund of any amount of the paid Pro-Am package fees.

Substitute competitors will be accepted upon written application until April 30th, 2018 provided that they submit a Registration Form, filled in, for the replacing participant. In such case, any paid Pro-Am package fee will be retained and applied in favor of the substitute competitor, unless the later performs a new payment. After May 1st, 2018 substitutions could be approved and made by the PGAs of Europe.
Any payments for refunds will be made by us up to June 29th, 2018.

No refunds will be made upon failure of proof by the amateur of the current handicap certificate at the Championship Office prior to Round 1.

It should be noted that the data given in this form will not be disclosed to any third parties who are not directly involved in the organization of the 13th “Aegean Airlines Pro-Am” 2018 nor will it be publicized in any other way.

Aegean Airlines S.A. and the PGAs of Europe reserve the right to change or cancel any part of the tournament program before the competition due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond their control. No liability is assumed by Aegean Airlines S.A. and the PGAs of Europe for changes in program, date, content, events, speakers and venue.
